This is my first post! It has honestly been long overdue. I registered the domain for this website almost a month ago, and promptly realized that I had basically no knowledge of how to actually… Make the website. Ok, well one month later, it is semi-usable! Yay! I was afraid to make any posts until the overall structure of things was set, but I’m still going to be editing this a lot. I think its sad that the era of having a super customized silly webpage is super dead, so I hope this inspires somebody, unless you think my website is lame. If you think it’s lame keep that to yourself, I’ve sank too much time into this to go back…

Speaking of overdue things, I was baptized this past Sunday into the Episcopal church. I am feeling soo full of love from all my friends and family and community who came out to support me on that day! This also got me really into the smell of rosemary oil and now I’m putting it everywhere lol. I feel super blessed to have been welcomed into such a great community alongside my friends and family.

I have also been getting into geocaching. For those who don’t know what that is, you basically are given coordinates (formerly on a gps, now there’s an app) which will lead you to the general location of an item. Then you have to find it! This item will usually be somewhere you can sign your name or leave / take a small item. If anyone wants to geocache together soon / this summer shoot me an e-mail.

Also does anyone have any suggestions …?? I’m thinking of making a photo gallery page maybe? Or maybe I’ll just leave photos in individual blog posts. A “review corner” was suggested to me but I don’t think I’m eloquent enough to be posting serious reviews of things. Speaking of which, I just saw the Backrooms movie. I didn’t hate it but I didn’t really feel positively about it. I think the references to the backrooms (community?) online was really cool / accurate and the soundtrack was awesome. The aesthetic was there but the story was not. Anything based in internet culture will always come off as corny / unserious to me, but maybe that’s a personal issue lol. My little cousin pointed out to me that there was a new Boards of Canada song during the credits and I totally did not catch that.

To all my college friends, good luck with finals! Should I be studying right now…? Yeah.
